Acceptance of terms

By using DevToolKit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its tools.

Using DevToolKit tools

DevToolKit provides online tools for PDFs, images, developer utilities, and related workflows. You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational, professional, and business tasks.

Tool availability, limits, and behavior may change as the product evolves.

File ownership and permissions

You may only process files, text, and content you own or have permission to edit or analyze.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Prohibited use

You may not use DevToolKit to attack systems, distribute malware, bypass security, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with other users.

Automated abuse, excessive requests, and attempts to bypass rate limits are prohibited.

Developer and API use

Public API access is not live unless explicitly announced. Early access features may change without notice.

If API access becomes available, usage limits, credits, and acceptable use rules will apply.

Accuracy and output review

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. DevToolKit does not guarantee perfect PDF conversions, OCR accuracy, compression results, redaction completeness, or image edits.

Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or formatting issues.

PDF, OCR, and conversion limitations

OCR, PDF conversion, compression, and editing tools may fail on scanned documents, complex layouts, password-protected files, or unusual formats.

Do not use DevToolKit outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or compliance review.

Availability and rate limits

DevToolKit may limit usage, file sizes, queue depth, or feature access to protect reliability for all users.

Service availability may change for maintenance, abuse prevention, or infrastructure limits.

Advertising and third-party content

DevToolKit may show third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, to support free tools. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not constitute an endorsement by DevToolKit.

Your interaction with ads is governed by the advertiser’s policies. DevToolKit is not responsible for products or services promoted in third-party ads.

Do not click ads expecting them to be site navigation, downloads, or tool actions. Use the labeled tool controls for uploads, processing, and downloads.

Accounts and billing placeholder

Accounts, subscriptions, invoices, and API keys are not generally available today unless explicitly announced for a specific feature.

Limitation of liability

DevToolKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevToolKit is not liable for losses, damages, errors, interruptions, or issues resulting from use of the website or generated outputs.
