Image to PDF Converter

Image to PDF builds one PDF from mixed supported still images. ImageToPdf.jsx is a re-export of JpgToPdf.jsx with slug image-to-pdf.

• Use this for PNG screenshots, WebP, GIF, or BMP alongside JPEG.
• Use JPG to PDF if you want the JPEG-only dropzone.
• Photo Collage exports one raster image, not a multi-page PDF.

• Combine mixed stills into one PDF in arrow-control order.
• Keep PNG screenshots as PNG-in-PDF pages.
• Use Fill when you want the image to cover the page and can accept cropping.

Formats

JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP (type or extension).

Limits

40 files, 20 MB each, 100 MB total — same constants as JPG to PDF.

Pages

One ready image per page; failed items can be marked error at inspect.

JPEG → embedJpg. PNG → embedPng of source bytes. Other types → canvas PNG → embedPng. Page geometry matches JPG to PDF: Auto 595.28 width, height 280–1200; A4 595.28×841.89; Letter 612×792; orientation can swap width/height.

1. Click Choose images or drop mixed stills within the count and byte limits.
2. Move items with Move earlier / Move later.
3. Pick a layout preset, then override page size, fit, orientation, or margin if needed.
4. Edit File name if you do not want the default.
5. Click Create PDF.
6. Open the downloaded PDF and inspect each page.

Canvas-converted pages are PNG-in-PDF, which can be larger than the source WebP. Fill can crop. Metadata from the images is not copied as PDF document metadata beyond what pdf-lib writes by default.

• HEIC is not in IMAGE_ACCEPT.
• A type the browser cannot draw fails with a canvas/read error.
• No selectable text, no bookmarks.

Processing is local pdf-lib plus canvas for non-JPEG/PNG types. Images are not uploaded for this conversion. Identified analytics may include file counts and layout settings, not the image pixels.

• Check mixed page sizes on Auto.
• Look at GIF/WebP pages for the expected still frame.
• Verify Fill did not clip needed edges.
• Confirm the download has one page per ready image.
