PDF Rotate changes page orientation by adding the selected 90°, 180°, or 270° rotation to each chosen page’s current rotation. The setting is relative rather than an absolute target angle.
Apply one angle to every page or use Selected pages with quick presets and custom ranges such as 1-3,5,8-10. Valid custom pages are sorted and deduplicated before processing.
Unselected pages remain in the output with their existing rotation, and page order does not change. The tool does not provide visual thumbnail selection, page reordering, arbitrary angles, or different angles for different pages in one run.
Rotation uses the PDF page rotation value rather than rendering pages to images. Page content is not intentionally rasterized, and numeric page-box dimensions are not resized or normalized.
The iframe shows the original source PDF, not a live preview of the selected rotation. Download and inspect the result for orientation, links, forms, annotations, metadata, accessibility features, encryption, and signatures before relying on it.

PDF rotation runs locally in your browser with pdf-lib. The selected PDF is not uploaded to DevToolKit for rotation. Usage and diagnostic metadata, such as byte counts, page count, affected-page count, rotation, page scope, page context, and result codes, may still be sent; identified PDF Rotate analytics do not include the raw PDF, filename, document text, or selected page-number list.

PDF Rotate handles one PDF up to 50 MB and supports relative 90°, 180°, and 270° rotations. The selected angle is added to each chosen page’s existing rotation; it is not an absolute target. Quick presets and typed ranges are available, but there is no visual page picker, arbitrary angle, reset-to-original control, page reorder, or per-page angle variation in one run. The source iframe does not preview the rotated result. Page content is not intentionally rasterized, and page-box dimensions remain numerically unchanged. Encrypted-PDF compatibility varies, there is no password input, and output is not re-encrypted. Rewriting invalidates certificate-based signatures. Keep the original and inspect the downloaded -rotated.pdf file.
